OPLA Roundtable: Addressing Freedom-to-Operate Issues

OPLA applying for 1 hr CLE Credit

The Roundtable will be an open discussion with Zoom Breakout leaders guiding the conversation. Topics will include: how to approach potential freedom-to-operate issues; when to bring in outside counsel; what to look for in a freedom-to-operate analysis; and post-analysis record keeping.

We invite both seasoned patent prosecutors as well as newer professionals to join in this discussion.
